About this Course

This program encourages young female riders to build their self-confidence and skills while challenging themselves through mountain biking in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. We will explore a variety of trails that are appropriate for the groups’ overall riding ability. This program may not take place at Brennan Park and participants may be asked to meet our staff at a specified location which will be communicated via email. First day attendance is mandatory in order for our coaches to conduct a skills assessment. All riders require a helmet and fully functioning, proper fitting mountain bike.
