About this Course

This program focuses on balance, control and agility skills, including components of power and speed. From the skating basics to more advanced skills. You will notice a tremendous difference after this four week session! PLEASE NOTE: Session dates are April 5, 19 and May 10 and 24 - please mark your calendar accordingly! Required equipment : skates & helmet (other gear recommended but not necessary)
