Suitable for all trimesters, these empowering classes will teach you valuable tools to strengthen and prepare your body for birth. Explore gentle movement, meditation, visualizations, mantra, pelvic floor work and deep relaxation techniques while connecting with other new mamas in a nurturing and supportive space.
