About this Course

Join us for the 55y+ Social Hiking Program! Discover local Squamish trails in a small group setting – rain or shine. We’re offering a variety of hikes for every fitness level, sign up for one, or all! Level of difficulty ranges from 1 – 5. The trail rating scale is determined by elevation, distance and terrain type. We recommend starting with a beginner trail if you’re new to hiking, or returning to fitness. Pre-registration required. ***This hike takes place on the Squamish Estuary and is a LEVEL 1. This walk is appropriate for beginners, contains mainly flat terrain and may contain some single track, gravel, roots, rocks, or bridges.***
