About this Course

Participants must have their own full set of hockey gear for this program. Just starting hockey? Or play in a league and need to seriously level up your game? This program is for you! Girls will be split into experience, skill and age groups so we will maximize results and keep level of pace and play even for all! Girls Skill Development program begins with off ice strength training improving lower body stability, torsion/rotational control, proprioception/balance and team bonding. On ice skill development will focus on fundamental hockey skills, real game situations and power skating. *7-7:30pm Off ice muscle activation and functional movement training *7:45-8:30pm On ice skill development
